I have worked for over 15 years in several areas of IT, including consultancy, systems management, support, programming and teaching. My experience includes major rollout and change projects for blue chip companies, IT management for a large law firm and most recently running my own consultancy and training company. I help clients to improve their efficiency through effective use of IT, and make better decisions by turning their business data into meaningful information.
My technical expertise is in building computer systems for businesses, including wired and wireless networks, server and desktop operating systems and applications. As well as installation of equipment and applications, I also write and deliver training courses. I have a particular focus on Microsoft software as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), MCSA:Messaging and Microsoft Office Master Instructor. I also have considerable experience of legal and compliance issues such as licensing and computer use policies. Previous employment or client references can be provided on request.
In my spare time I am a moderator and major contributor for Security-Forums.com and GPAnswers.com, two websites which provide free support and expert advice to people who need help with their IT problems.
